Florida, United States .- The Consulate of the Dominican Republic in the city of Orlando is cooperating with US authorities to locate a 41-year-old Dominican mother who has been missing since Sunday, December 25.
Consul Holi Matos informed through a telephone call to the El Sol de la Mañana program that US authorities currently consider Runny Leidy Medina situation as “absent” because they do not have many details.
He said that the most that is known about the case is that Medina was supposed to meet someone, but never arrived at the agreed location.
Holi Matos informed that he will be meeting with the Sheriff of Orlando, as they are conducting a survey at the location and tracking the use of her cell phone to initiate the search for Medina, who is the mother of two children who reside in the Dominican Republic.
