74-year-old man seriously injured after being hit by train while attempting to cross tracks in Vineland, New Jersey
New Jersey, United estate. – A 74-year-old man was found seriously injured after being hit by a train while attempting to cross the tracks in Vineland, New Jersey.
Marcelo A. Hernandez was found under the train on Southwest Boulevard and Grape Street in Vineland at 11:17 a.m.
Although he was conscious and alert, Hernández suffered serious injury to his left foot and a head injury, according to the police.
He was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital.
According to the police report, Hernández illegally attempted to cross the Southwest Boulevard tracks at the intersection of Grape and Montrose Street.
